The lovebirds of B-Town has finally decided the date they will tie the knot for the lifetime. Yes, we are talking about none other than the hottest couple of tinsel town - Alia Bhatt and Ranbir Kapoor.
The latest rumours suggest that the couple will tie the knot in the month of December soon after the release of Brahmastra. Their extended families have been already informed to keep specific December dates free for the wedding festivity. Ranbir and Alia came close during the shoot of Brahmastra and since then the couple has been dating secretly.
Interestingly, the couple is all set to take their relationship to the next level after the release of the first part of the trilogy. One of the sources also revealed that the couple is planning a beautiful winter wedding and most probably December is finalised for the nuptials.
Speculations caught fire when Alia Bhatt was recently seen at Ranbir’s cousin Armaan’s wedding. Also, the actress flew back to Delhi when Rishi Kapoor was ill and hospitalised to support the Kapoor clan in their time of need. However, nothing is confirmed by any of the family members, even Alia’s mother Soni Razdan called it a baseless rumour.
Neither the Kapoors nor the Bhatts has made any official statement on the marriage. Talking about the couple, Ranbir and Alia are busy fulfilling their work commitments and surely their marriage is going to be a surprise for everyone.
Being secretive the whole time, Ranbir and Alia never commented on their relationship status, however, recently Alia called their union a friendship. The actress said: “It’s not a relationship. It’s a friendship. I’m saying this with all genuineness and honesty. It’s beautiful. I’m walking on stars and clouds right now. The best part is that we’re two individuals who are living our own professional lives in its full form right now. He’s shooting continuously. So am I. It’s not a situation where you’ll see us constantly together. That’s the true mark of a comfortable relationship. Nazar na lage.”
